The packet is signed through DocuSeal, a dedicated e-signature service that keeps the signature audit trail and a secure copy of your documents. You start it from your client portal so it's tied to your account. Your details are filled in for you, and you're checked off automatically once it's signed. The PAR-Q+ health questionnaire comes back around once a year for a quick refresh.
